NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Marilla Town Board of the Town of Marilla will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, February  9^th, 2012 at 7:30 pm at the Marilla Town Hall, 1740 Two Rod Road, Marilla, New York. The purpose of  the hearing is to listen to public comment and recommendations for possible modification to the current flag lot law.    The meeting room is wheel chair accessible. Those needing special arrangements should call the Town Hall at 652-5350 by February 3rd.
