Veteran's Day Parade will be celebrated on Saturday, November 5th, 2011. Parade will begin at 1:00 pm at the Marilla Fire Hall on West Avenue and north on Two Rod Road to Bullis Road for a brief service at the Veteran's Memorial. |

8th Annual Marilla Auto Show
(located in the hamlet on Two Rod Road and Bullis Road) | Saturday - July 28, 2012 at 12:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - 2 Day Event
Saturday will be a Swap Meet and Flea Market, Arts and Crafts, Food and beverage, beer tent, live bands, Celebrity Meet and Greet and Sox and Martin Racing Display. Sunday will be the traditional Car Show with Food, Beer, Music, vendors, crafts, trophies, door prizes, 50/50 split all day, Chinese auction and Mercy Flight Helicopter Landing. This year's Celebrities are; John Schneider from the Dukes of Hazzards and Desperate Housewives, Felix Silla (Cousin Itt, Twikki and Ewok), Lou Sanitago the host of Discovery Channel's Ultimate Car Build Off, and Diane Sox the wife of Racing Legend Ronnie Sox. Christmas in Marilla - Begins at 4:30pm, Santa arrives at 5:00pm with tree lighting and caroling. Pictures with Santa, Puppet Show, free hotdogs, popcorn and hot chocolate, hayrides will take visitors to multiple locations including; Santa's Reindeer, Living Nativity, Smores and hot cider around the fire at the Highway Garage and the annual Christmas in Marilla keepsake Ornament will be given to each Family at the Highway Garage, Christmas Shopping Village at Firemens Rec Hall with many local vendors including the Made in America Store ( Support Local Businesses and buy Christmas gifts locally), also Santa's Secret Shop for kids to buy gifts made locally for family members, Chili Cook off samples,hot chocolate, At Fire House free Christmas Cookie decorating with free pie slices, also Christmas Cards to our Soldiers.
